Holiday Inn

Located at the gateway to the Farnam Hill neighborhood in Downtown Omaha, Slate Architecture and the Owner turned a blighted corner into a new hotel with leasable retail space on the lower level. The design team made significant changes to the hotel prototype to address the difficult site conditions and to liven up the neighborhood.
