Helena Condos

This project consists of 10 condominiums in Helena, MT. The intent of the project is to maximize the site with the units. In a three-fold effort to provide the future condo owners with approximately 1,200 sf, two story living and to maximize the site; the design of the floor plans vary in both plan and section. Each unit will feature two/three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining room, single car garage and laundry room. The four-story apartment building features clean, simple, durable materials that are aesthetically appealing while fitting to modern condominium living. All units will have a roof top garden allowing the residence a private outdoor space not often provided on condominium projects.
